In February 2018 my friend Julian and I went on a backpacking trip through North and South India. 

India - the land of the setting sun. 

A country like no other. Sun, beach, sea, mountains, jungle, big cities, poverty, slums and wealth - modern and long gone. The diversity of the world - all in one culture and one country.

What made me decide to fly there? 

The unknown, new challenges, the kick, the simplicity and the contrast to everyday life. To appreciate again what you actually have. And understand what life means and how diverse and unique it is. 

And maybe also to take fantastic photos - if I managed to do that you can judge for yourselves
